Interim CEO – Industrial Manufacturing

We are supporting a private equity–backed industrial group active in industrial manufacturing and installation through a period of transition. Following a recent leadership change, we are urgently looking for an interim CEO (3–6 months) who can provide stability, operational focus and clear direction during this phase.

The group combines a strong industrial legacy with ambitious international growth and innovation plans.

We are looking for an interim leader who:

• Brings hands-on general management experience in manufacturing or project-related sectors
• Has successfully navigated transformation or turnaround contexts
• Can steer both operational execution and strategic alignment with shareholders
• Is immediately available and comfortable operating in a private equity environment
