Planner for Advanced Lithography Research Lab

We are looking for an expert to oversee the planning and execution of multiple parallel experiments for a range of internal and external clients. This includes coordinating the necessary wafers, materials, masks, and equipment, while ensuring contingency tools are available at alternative locations when required. The role involves precise scheduling and resource management to ensure all experiments are completed efficiently and on time.

The assignment:

• The planning and execution of multiple, parallel experiments.
• Scheduling of all needed wafers, materials, masks and tools at alternative locations when required.
• Ensure timely shipping of goods back and forth between facilities.
• Provide information to help define priorities in the overall schedule to meet all deadlines after aligning with the customer representatives and the execution team in the Netherlands.
• Actively identify opportunities for increased efficiency and come up with new systems and improved working methods.

Required knowledge and skills:

• Educational Background: You obtained a master’s degree in business, Supply Chain management or related field.
• Proficient in MS Office and planning software and having experience with data analysis.
• Communication Skills: You are a great communicator who is persuasive and good at presenting information. Good knowledge of (spoken and written) English is a must.
• You can work on your own, you are flexible and pro-active, and service driven.
• Industry-specific experience is a plus.
