Account Manager T&M for European Institutions


NTT DATA is growing in Belgium and is currently looking for an experienced:

Account Manager for Staff Augmentation / T&M.


As a Time and Means (T&M) Account Manager, your role will be to develop as well as maintain Staff Augmentation business with our European Institution clients, such as the European Commission, European Parliament, Court of Auditors, etc.


Your day to day role will be:

  • Develop and maintain the business relations with clients;
  • Create new business opportunities by pro-active business development;
  • Manage the (external) consultants working in T&M contracts at your clients;
  • Professionally handle any escalation or inquiry;
  • Sourcing new consultants via internal and external CV databases and through networking;
  • Manage the relation and collaboration with consortium partners as well as suppliers.



Your profile:

  • You understand the staffing / recruitment / staff augmentation market and you have experience (at least 3 years) in this sector as a sales / business developer / account manager / delivery manager / commercial recruiter.
  • You are business savvy / have a sound business acumen to make quick decisions;
  • You are creative in finding the best consultants for each position;
  • You are able to work on multiple requests at the same time, with tight deadlines;
  • You are able to prioritize tasks and shift between tasks quickly when needed;
  • You can have to-the-point (telephone) conversations and can negotiate salaries / daily rates with candidates and clients;
  • You are a self-starter and take initiative to reach common goals;
  • You speak fluent English. French / Dutch and / or any other language is an asset;
  • Experience in the "European Institutions market" is an asset;


We offer you a position as an Account Manager at a market leader and fast-growing multinational consultancy firm. For this role, the emphasis is business development and the management of our consultants working for our clients, as well as the recruitment of new consultants. You will develop client relations within the European Institutions, within existing framework contracts.
