Application Integration Analyst (SAML & OpenID Connect | IAM | SSO)

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Application Integration Analyst with hands-on experience in SAML 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and Identity and Access Management (IAM).

In this role, you’ll design, implement, and support secure integrations between enterprise applications and our local Identity Provider (IDP), ensuring seamless Single Sign-On (SSO) and user authentication experiences across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the integration of enterprise and cloud-based applications with the company’s Identity Provider (IDP) using SAML 2.0 and OpenID Connect (OIDC).
• Assess application architectures to define technical integration and security requirements.
• Collaborate with developers, security teams, and business stakeholders to deliver robust SSO and federated identity solutions.
• Design, configure, and test authentication workflows that meet compliance, performance, and security standards.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and configuration guides.
• Provide support and troubleshooting for integration-related issues, ensuring system stability and reliability.
• Continuously optimize existing integrations and recommend IAM best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience with SAML 2.0 and OpenID Connect (OIDC) protocols.
• Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM), SSO, and authentication standards.
• Experience configuring and integrating applications with IDPs (e.g., Azure AD, Okta, Ping, or Broadcom SiteMinder).
• Familiarity with OAuth 2.0, LDAP, and related directory or federation technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional IT and security teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Broadcom SSO (SiteMinder) or similar enterprise SSO platforms.
• Knowledge of application security, identity lifecycle management, and access governance.
• Background in cloud identity integration (Azure AD, AWS Cognito, or similar).
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CIAM, or Okta Certified Professional are a plus.
