At Emerald, we’re a young, fast-growing company shaping the future of medical sales. We're currently looking for an Account Manager for the Irish market to join our team at our headquarters in Limburg, Belgium.

We are specifically looking for someone with a strong connection to the UK, whether through language, culture, or professional background, to ensure smooth communication and relationship building with our local clients and partners.

(Familiarity with the Irish market is a plus, but not a must.)

Your Role

As an Account Manager, you will:

• Manage and grow existing customer accounts
• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Analyze data in Excel and develop tailored strategies
• Communicate mainly via email and virtual meetings, with occasional on-site customer visits
• Handle financial administration for your accounts
• Represent Emerald at trade shows and networking events

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (sales, marketing, economics, IT)
• Fluent in English, with strong familiarity with UK communication and business culture (Irish is a plus)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commercially minded and customer-oriented
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Curious, cheerful, and stress-resistant
• Professional and well-groomed appearance
• No prior work experience required – motivation and eagerness to learn matter most
