Lead Electrical Engineer

What You'll Do:

• Lead the
  design, installation, and commissioning
  of high-voltage (HV) electrical systems (11kV–33kV) for data centers.
• Manage
  HV substation integration
  and
  utility connections
  to ensure reliable power delivery.
• Coordinate with
  utility providers, contractors, and internal teams
  to align on project timelines and power delivery schedules.
• Ensure
  compliance
  with all relevant electrical codes, safety standards, and data center industry requirements.
• Oversee
  testing, commissioning, and energization
  of HV equipment, transformers, and switchgear.
• Manage
  project budgets, schedules, and resources
  , ensuring efficient execution and timely delivery.
• Conduct
  risk assessments
  and enforce robust
  safety protocols
  for all HV site activities.
• Provide
  technical leadership and mentorship
  to electrical teams and review detailed HV design documentation.
• Act as the
  primary interface
  with clients, regulatory authorities, and utility representatives on all HV-related matters.

What You'll Bring:

• Proven experience delivering
  HV electrical systems
  within large-scale or complex industrial or construction projects.
• Background in
  engineering or construction
  , ideally with experience in
  HV networks or energy infrastructure
  .
• Solid understanding of
  utility procedures, commissioning methodologies,
  and
  HV safety standards
  .
• Strong ability to
  communicate and collaborate
  effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A proactive, detail-oriented approach, with a strong commitment to
  safety, quality, and operational excellence
  .
• Proficiency in
  French and English
  (both written and spoken).
