B2B Marketing Automation & Growth Specialist


About the role

  • We’re looking for a hands-on B2B marketer who loves experimenting, automating, and turning ideas into measurable impact.
  • You’ll operate in a challenging market where we connect the newest talent and skills to companies who want to explore alternatives to traditional hiring.
  • You’ll be the owner and responsible person for building and optimizing full marketing funnels, using automation to scale efficiently, and driving growth across campaigns based on KPI’s.
  • This is a hybrid position in Ghent, Belgium. Please only apply if you can visit our office in Ghent at least 3 days per week.


Your expertise

  • Full-funnel mastery: You know the entire B2B funnel inside out — from acquisition to activation, retention, revenue, and referral. You can quickly build a strong foundation with the right content and scale it smartly using tools like HubSpot, CRM nurturing, and automated workflows.
  • Data-driven mindset: You ensure the content we create performs. You build data-backed strategies to reach the right people and companies with the right message, at the right time.
  • Campaign ownership: You translate our messaging into successful (mainly paid) campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, SEA, offline channels, etc. You continuously A/B test and optimise for conversion.
  • Growth tools & hacks: You’re hands-on with tools like Clay and Zapier — and you love discovering, testing, and scaling new growth tools that give us an edge.
