Business Manager


We are looking for a highly motivated and self-driven
Business Manager
with 3 to 5 years of experience, ready to build up their business unit, drive sales, and empower consultants to shine at our clients.

What you'll be doing

Business Development

  • Build and execute strategies to
    leverage market opportunities
  • Identify targets and
    prospect new clients
  • Understand the technical, business, and human challenges of client projects
  • Shape the
    best answers
    (team, expertise, pricing) in the
    shortest time
  • Negotiate and
    close deals
  • Nurture long-term relationships
    with clients and partners

Recruitment

  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to
    identify and attract top experts
  • Source, interview, evaluate, and hire
    consultants aligned with Movify's strategy
  • Build your network
    of qualified experts, ready to start a new mission

People

  • Ensure
    people management
    and follow-up your consultants
  • Support consultants
    in their career growth and development
  • Follow-up your active projects
    on a frequent basis

Skills & qualifications

  • 3–5 years
    of successful business development experience
  • Strong sales DNA
    : driven by results, resilient, and persuasive
  • You have a keen interest for the
    digital world
    and its expertise
  • Bonus point: you have experience in
    data & AI
    consulting
    services
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Perfect command of
    Dutch and/or French
    with excellent
    English
  • You are a
    doer
    : you enjoy rolling up your sleeves and make things happen
  • You are reliable, organized, and have a
    proactive mindset
  • You're a team-player with leadership potential
