JOB POSITION

We are looking for a Sales Assistant whose aim will be to provide high class customer service and increase the company’s growth.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES

• Welcome and greet customers;
• deliver a high level customer experience through an excellent sales service;
• ensure excellent corner's look and apply visual merchandising guidelines;
• recommend and suggest products according to the customers' needs;
• provide accurate descriptions of the products' features and benefits by continuously developping your product knowledge;
• promote the brand’s image and standards;
• actively involve in the receiving of new shipments and keep the store stock organized in order to optimize sales;
• follow all companies policies and procedures.

SKILLS

• Understanding sales principles and customer service practices;
• service-minded and sales-driven;
• ability to achieve sales targets;
• solid communication and interpersonal skills;
• positive attitude towards customers and work;
• proven retail experience is a plus;
• languages: flemish and english; french is a plus.
