Business Analyst

Workplace Model: Nearsite (Can be done remotely from Belgium, Can reach office in 2 hours time when needed)

Initial Contract Duration: 210 Days (Extension Possible)

DESCRIPTION OF THE TASKS

Following tasks will be performed by external service provider:

• Analysis of Business requirements.

• Documentation of Business requirements.

• Business model analysis.

• Business process analysis.

• Functional requirements and business cases analysis.

• Risk analysis.

• Interaction with other business analysts, business owners, customer, project manager

SPECIFIC EXPERTISE

Following specific expertise is mandatory for the performance of tasks:

• At least 10 years of specific expertise in functional analysis, experience in the domain of the labour market is a plus.

• Structured methodology to draft and review business requirements, extensive experience of ensuring the alignment of deliverables with the initial business requirements.

• Extensive experience in release management, planning, daily follow-up, quality control, support of the Project Manager.

• At least 10 years of specific expertise in IT development.

• Good communication skills (oral and written presentations and reports). Ability to communicate with business representatives as well as IT development teams
