SAP Master Data Consultant – S/4HANA Transformation

📍 Location: Antwerp | 💼 Freelance Contract | 🕒 Full-Time

We're working with an exciting new client who is looking for an experienced SAP Master Data Consultant to support the transitioning from decentralized SAP ECC landscape into a centralized S/4HANA environment.

What You’ll Do

As a Master Data Consultant, you will drive the design, migration, and integration of master data processes across multiple business units and SAP domains. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high data quality, consistency, and a smooth transition to the new S/4HANA system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end SAP Master Data implementation and integration with MM, SD, EWM, and other domains.
• Define data scope, cleansing rules, and migration strategies.
• Perform data analysis and support harmonization across business units.
• Execute data migration using tools like LSMW, S/4 Migration Cockpit, and SAP MDG.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align business needs with technical solutions.
• Document data processes using BPMN, UML, and other tools.
• Support testing, validation, and change requests throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coach and guide junior consultants where applicable.

What You Bring

• Proven experience in SAP Master Data projects, ideally in an S/4HANA context
• Strong knowledge of SAP data migration tools and methodologies
• Ability to analyze and optimize complex data structures
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Experience working in cross-functional, international teams
