Location:
Turnhout

Salary:
€4,000–5,000 gross per month, depending on experience.

Your Responsibilities

• Process purchase and sales invoices, record bank transactions, and register monthly provisions.
• Prepare financial reports, budgets, and analyses under the guidance of the CFO.

Follow up on monthly and yearly closings, make adjustments where needed, and assist in preparing the annual accounts.

• Share responsibility for the annual audit process and ensure smooth collaboration with external auditors.
• Hold regular meetings with team leads and department heads to discuss financial results and propose optimization initiatives.
• Ensure accurate financial processing and follow-up of various business projects.
• Contribute to the improvement, implementation, and monitoring of financial processes, tools, and control systems.

Your Profile

• You have at least 5 years of experience in finance or accounting.
• Preferably, you have experience in a growing environment within the service industry.
• You are independent, analytical, organized, and flexible.
• You enjoy teamwork.
• You have excellent Excel skills.
• Knowledge of Navision / Business Central / BI tools is an asset.
• You speak Dutch and English.
