SAP Integration Specialist

We're looking for an experienced Senior SAP Integration Specialist to join our client's technology team. In this role, you'll play a key part in designing, developing, and managing integration solutions that connect SAP and non-SAP systems across a complex enterprise landscape. You'll act as a trusted technical advisor, ensuring smooth, secure, and scalable integrations that support our client's digital transformation journey.

About The Role
As a senior consultant, you'll translate business needs into robust integration architectures using SAP Integration Suite (Cloud Integration). You'll collaborate with functional and technical experts to deliver high-performing solutions and ensure that integrations are future-proof, compliant, and aligned with enterprise strategy. You'll also serve as a mentor within the team, helping to elevate technical standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical integration designs
• Design, configure, and manage integration scenarios using SAP Cloud Integration (CPI) for both on-premise and cloud environments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create scalable and efficient integration architectures
• Develop and maintain documentation on integration flows, conventions, and best practices
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues, including migration, performance tuning, and optimization
• Coach junior colleagues and act as a technical sounding board for peers and management
• Stay current with SAP BTP, API Management, and cloud integration innovations to continuously improve solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• At least 10 years of experience with SAP integrations and 5 years with SAP Integration Suite (CPI)
• Solid knowledge of SAP BTP, API Management, OData, SOAP, REST, XML, JSON, and authentication mechanisms
• Experience with integration patterns across cloud applications such as SuccessFactors, Ariba, CDC, and C4C
• Knowledge of SAP PI/PO and SAP back-end technologies (IDoc/XI) is an advantage
• Strong command of English, with proficiency in Dutch and/or French
• Availability to work onsite in Brussels at least two days per week
