The Challenge: Ownership & Vision

As our new
Development Team Lead
, you'll take full ownership of the iXpole platform.

You'll step into the shoes of the founders and:

• Define a strong, future-proof strategy for the platform.
• Lead the (development) team to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Organize stand-ups and act as the bridge between business/clients (your main source of inspiration) and development.
• Drive innovation by implementing the latest .NET trends and expanding our APIs in collaboration with partners.

Who You Are: The .NET Architect with Leadership

You're a people-oriented leader with strong business and organisational skills, comfortable in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.

Experience:
Minimum 8 years as a developer, with proven experience as a Team Lead.

Technical expertise:
You live and breathe .NET, with in-depth knowledge of:

• MS SQL Server
• Redis Cache
• Azure Cloud & Azure DevOps
• Frontend affinity is a plus (this isn't a pure backend role).

Mindset:
You have a strong vision, aren't afraid to challenge ideas while staying empathetic, work autonomously, and are highly client-focused.
