CONTEXT

Our client acts as an autonomous business unit within a large multinational— a Belgian high-tech company with over 900 employees worldwide.

They have developed an end-to-end SaaS platform for digital exams and certification wich helps organizations measure and develop knowledge and skills in high-stakes environments such as the Flemish admission exams for doctors and dentists or certification programs at Bureau Veritas.

With a team of around 40 experts, Our client achieves an ARR of €4 million and aims to reach €20 million by 2030. The organization combines the agility of a scale-up with the stability of a global group and privat equity.

WHAT

  • Build and manage a solid sales pipeline through prospecting, outbound, and inbound leads.
  • Own the full sales cycle from first contact to signed deal.
  • Leverage CRM, AI, and automation tools such as HubSpot and Apollo.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and solution experts.
  • Represent our client at international events (Munich and Paris).

YOU

  • 3–5 years of B2B sales experience in SaaS or technology.
  • Proven hunter with a strong track record in closing deals.
  • Excellent communicator and relationship builder.
  • Digitally savvy, experienced with CRM and AI tools.
  • Languages: fluent in English and Dutch; French is a plus.
  • Action-driven, collaborative, and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Willing to travel across Europe.
