Haemers Technologies is strengthening its Finance & Accounting Department with a motivated and detail-oriented
Finance Manager
, ready to contribute to the financial structuring and growth of an innovative company active in soil remediation in Belgium… and beyond

Main Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the CFO, you will play a key role in:

• Overseeing accounting and financial reporting (monthly closings, balance sheets, performance analysis).
• Managing budgets and controlling (cost tracking, margins, variance analysis, project profitability).
• Handling cash management and banking relations (forecasting, cash flow, financing).
• Driving process improvement and financial digitalization through Odoo.
• Providing strategic support to Operations, Procurement, HR, and Management teams.

Profile

• You are rigorous, analytical, and solution-oriented.
• You enjoy managing cross-functional projects and supporting organizational growth.
• You are proficient in Excel / MS Office, fluent in French and English, and ideally familiar with Odoo.
• You hold a Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent, and have around 10 years of experience in financial management, audit, or controlling.
