Job description:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience implementing ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)
- Proven track record of implementing ServiceNow SPM with at least 2 different clients
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - SPM (mandatory)
- Deep knowledge of ServiceNow SPM modules: Project management, Program management, Portfolio management, Scenario planning, Performance analytics, Demand management, Agile development, Resource management, Digital portfolio management
- Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) best practices
- Experience with ServiceNow CMDB and Common Services Data Model (CSDM)
- ServiceNow System Administrator certification
- Experience as an IT Product Owner or Application Owner
- Proven ability to create product roadmaps and lead Agile delivery
- Business and functional analysis experience, including requirements gathering and workshop facilitation
- Experience with system integrations and data mapping (e.g. SAP integration experience is beneficial)
- Experience working with offshore development teams is advantageous
- Experience in large government or corporate enterprise environments
- Strong technical understanding to collaborate effectively with developers
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with ability to explain technical concepts to non-IT audiences
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and handle multiple priorities
- Languages: English (fluent), Dutch or French (fluent or advanced)
Job Description:
- Act as IT Product Owner for the ServiceNow SPM application
- Create and own the strategic roadmap for SPM implementation in collaboration with platform management, business stakeholders, architects, and process owners
- Lead tactical delivery of the roadmap using Agile methodologies
- Conduct business and functional analysis for ServiceNow Project, Program and Portfolio Management processes
- Facilitate workshops to capture user requirements and translate them into user stories
- Advise the organisation on improving SPM application effectiveness based on best practices and in-depth product knowledge
- Participate in effort estimations and perform feasibility assessments on requirements
- Map ServiceNow SPM processes and data models to third-party applications for integrations (e.g. SAP)
- Perform system and functional testing of ServiceNow components
- Support technical consultants with configuration and development guidance
- Support users during user acceptance testing (UAT) and roll-out activities
- Ensure UAT completion and obtain stakeholder sign-off
- Proactively identify opportunities to leverage ServiceNow features for improved Project, Program and Portfolio management
- Monitor ServiceNow product evolution and recommend improvements whilst staying aligned with out-of-the-box functionality
- Ensure continued delivery of enhanced SPM functionalities
- Collaborate closely with the Business Product Owner
- Create and maintain technical documentation
- Work with end users, technical staff, and management across all levels
