Marketing & Commercial Assistant (UK & Americas) - V.I.E

Exciting opportunity has arisen in our Puressentiel UK & Americas subsidiary for a Marketing & Commercial Assistant to support the General Manager with our ambitious regional growth plans:

"Marketing & Commercial Assistant (UK & Americas)" - VIE contract (
12 months)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

UK Market

  • Trade Support Materials:
    Responsible for the development of UK trade support materials, this will include the development of trade posters, counter display units (CDU) and anything else required to support UK accounts.

  • Social Media:
    Maintain Puressentiel exiting UK social media accounts. This will involve monitoring Puressentiel UK social media accounts and posting seasonal posts on Instagram/Facebook posts and responding to consumer queries to maintain engagement.

  • Local Competitor
    Product Benchmarking: Conduct competitor benchmarking reports for existing portfolio and new innovations opportunities under review as and when required.

  • Support with the General Manager with the following:

-Regional Business Review meeting reports

-Retailer updates/ sell-in presentations:
Assist with the UK retailer updates & sell-in presentations.

-UK support with training & sampling events:
Assist with the development and delivery of UK retailer training presentations and sampling events.

  • Sales reports updates:
    Update the monthly/weekly sell-out reports for key retailers (H&B and WFH) and monthly internal sell-in reports.

  • Packaging Approval:
    For any packaging that has English on pack, this person will be the first point of contact for approval. This will involve reviewing and approval of the English translation on the Puressentiel packaging approval software.

  • UK New Products Listings &/or New Customer Accounts:
    Completion of the required paperwork once new UK New Products &/or New Customer Accounts are confirmed. This will include:

-Set Up Forms (New Account or/& New Product)

-Creation of New Client profiles with UK logistics provider (Alloga UK) for the New Accounts

-Pricing Forms

-Any other information as and when required.

  • E-commerce UK:

-Co-creating the e-commerce 360 web-marketing plan with central Ecom team (e-merchandising, promotions etc.)

-Support with the proofreading all content creation (newsletters, banners, new product pages)

  • Amazon UK:

-Coordinating new product launches with central Amazon team (supporting with drafting copy, creation of all digital assets)

-Track Amazon UK monthly spend in UK Amazon P&L

Distributor Markets: Ireland, Canada & USA

  • Participate in monthly distributor business review meetings.

  • Support distributors with the development of trade support materials
    – this will include providing the global artwork templates for point of sale (POS) material, support with the creation of content and artwork for any POS including CDU's.

  • Share relevant Amazon/ social media assets best practice
    s from other markets that can be applied in the distributor market (amazon assets, social media assets…)

  • Support with the coordination of new product launches in the distributor markets
    : co-ordinate with the internal cross functional teams to share packaging, product specifications, product details, samples.

  • Support the Regional General Manager with the development and delivery of product training presentations
    to the distributor teams.

  • Sale reports updates to include monthly sell-in and sell out reports.

KEY SKILLS:

The roles require ideally requires:

  • Commercial/Marketing graduate who is bi-lingual in both English & French.
  • Commercially driven, results driven individual that is well organised, analytical & creative.
  • Resourceful and pragmatic attitude to getting things done. Ability to work independently.
  • Good interpersonal skills and a team player
  • Flexible and enjoys working on a variety of tasks with various country markets.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Power Point and Excel. Experience of Photoshop, InDesign et Illustrator is a plus.
  • Interest in natural healthcare is a plus.

PRACTICAL INFO

Start date : February 2026

Location : Brussels, Belgium, will be required to travel to the UK

Contract : V.I.E, duration 12 months
