SAP BW/BW4 Migration Analyst

We're looking for a
SAP BW/BW4 Migration Analyst
to join our client's Data & Analytics team. In this role, you'll play a key part in analyzing, optimizing, migrating, and supporting reporting solutions across different business domains. Acting as a mix of Application Owner, Product Owner, and Functional Analyst, you'll be the bridge between business needs and technical delivery, ensuring that data-driven insights are translated into powerful reporting solutions.

Responsibilities

• Capture, analyze, and document reporting and dashboard requirements.
• Assess existing (AS IS) reporting and translate this into a future-proof architecture (SAP BW4, Azure Synapse/Databricks, Datasphere, Power BI).
• Drive migration planning and serve as the main point of contact between Business and IT.
• Collaborate with stakeholders from different departments to design end-to-end solutions.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and validate developed reports/dashboards.
• Lead and coordinate onshore/offshore development teams while occasionally contributing hands-on.
• Align with Enterprise, System, and Solution Architects to ensure architectural coherence.
• Contribute to test scenario design, functional testing, and data quality initiatives.
• Maintain roadmaps and act as the go-to person for managed applications and reports.
