Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Deputy Chief Executive Officer located in the Antwerp Metropolitan Area. The Deputy CEO will be responsible for overseeing the company's day-to-day operations, including finance, operations management, business planning, and sales. The role will also involve strategic planning to drive the growth and success of the company. The Deputy CEO will work closely with other executive leaders to ensure alignment with the company's overall vision and objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong Finance and Operations Management skills
• Experience in Business Planning and Strategic Planning
• Proven Sales experience
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment
• Master's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
• Experience in the energy, storage or PV sector is a plus
