Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. Job description

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager (F/M/X) to join our team. As part of our engineering and electrification activities, you will lead technical projects in medium-voltage systems, from design to delivery, ensuring compliance with deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.

You will manage all technical aspects of the projects — including design validation, coordination between engineering, production, and on-site activities — while maintaining strong communication with internal stakeholders and customers.

Your missions

Analyze project specifications and ensure technical feasibility and compliance.

Manage the full technical lifecycle of projects, from engineering to delivery.

Define project scope, schedule, and resource allocation in collaboration with technical teams.

Configure electrical boards and prepare technical documentation.

Coordinate production and installation phases, ensuring quality and on-time delivery.

Supervise technicians and subcontractors, promoting a strong safety culture on site.

Provide regular progress updates and manage stakeholder expectations.

Participate in factory and site acceptance tests (FAT/SAT) as needed.

Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing technical feedback and supporting the preparation of new offers.

Your profile

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in project management within the medium-voltage or industrial electrification field.

Strong understanding of electrical distribution systems, protection principles, and relevant standards (e.g. Synergrid).

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining technical and economic efficiency.

Proficient with MS Office tools and comfortable with technical documentation and project planning.

Fluent in English, French, and Dutch (oral and written); knowledge of German is an asset.

Organized, analytical, and results-oriented, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
