JOB DESCRIPTION:

The scope of our mission is to reinforce a team as a right-hand Project Lead to support the delivery of offshore logistics, transport, and accommodation operations for a large-scale offshore energy infrastructure project in the Belgian North Sea.

The Key responsibilities expected from our on-site delegate might include:

• Will setup a temporary accommodation and logistics concept, create the required specifications and ensures an in time contract;
• Will support in managing these temporary accommodation and logistics contracts;
• Will liaise with the different packages (Island, Cables and Substation) and their contractors to ensure efficient Marine and Island operations;
• Will be the point of contact for Transport & Installation operations of the Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Installation contractors;
• Will join workshop, HAZIDs, review sessions related to the Transport & Installation concept of the Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Installation contractors
• Reports to the Offshore Operations Manager;

The experience we are actively looking for:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
• Experience in the offshore sector is essential
• Experience in the energy sector is an advantage
• Engineering background required
• Proven experience in offshore logistics and transport operations
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Structured, independent, and precise working style
• Proactive communicator and accountable team player
• Fast learner
• Fluent in English, Dutch is a plus
• An entrepreneurial experience or ambition is a plus (extra-professional or extra-academic is a great start)
• Immediate availability is preferred
• Presence in Belgium is preferred, with valid Single permit for non-EU citizens
