Senior Java/Spring Boot Developer

We are currently looking for a
Senior Java/Spring Boot Developer
to join a strong engineering team working on a strategic Core Platform initiative.

The Core Platform provides service-agnostic design and processing capabilities in a standardized way for applications, as well as an abstraction layer to facilitate microservice development and processing. It handles low-level integration and operational aspects, allowing developers to focus on business logic. Using this platform as a foundation ensures consistency across development, infrastructure, integration, monitoring, and support.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Contributing to the design, development, unit and integration testing of software components using Java, Spring, and Spring Boot
• Enhancing the platform's SDK to improve application-level resiliency, availability, and integrity
• Providing technical assistance to colleagues and resolving issues identified during integration and qualification phases
• Analyzing system and application factors such as performance, security, input/output flows, and operational deployment with a focus on containers and Kubernetes orchestration
• Contributing to technical feasibility studies and proposing solutions as needed
• Creating and maintaining technical documentation and operational procedures

Required skills and experience:

• 6+ years of experience in Java, Spring, and Spring Boot
• Strong knowledge of Kafka (producers, consumers, tuning)
• Experience with Kubernetes or OpenShift environments
• Solid background in Microservices and REST APIs
• CI/CD experience (GitLab, Jenkins, Maven, Helm)
• Autonomous and reliable, with strong problem-solving skills
• Team-oriented mindset
