Brief Call
: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you

Interviews
(the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities

Case study
: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Consultant Process Engineer/Scientist – iLab Digital Transformation
. WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?

• A PhD or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Bioengineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in biotech process development, analytical development, or MSAT (Manufacturing Science & Technology) functions.
• Hands-on laboratory experience with mammalian cell culture in bioreactors, protein purification techniques, and/or analytical assays.
• Familiarity with laboratory informatics systems such as electronic lab notebooks (ELN), LIMS, or other digital lab solutions (e.g., iLab).
• Strong affinity with IT systems and digital transformation in laboratory environments.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken), as all documentation and communication will be in English.
• Proven ability to adapt to changing priorities, learn quickly, and work effectively in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a detail-oriented mindset.
• A collaborative attitude and strong interpersonal skills to engage with cross-functional teams and drive alignment across departments.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Play a key role in the digital transformation of Sanofi's MSAT laboratories by implementing iLab, a state-of-the-art digital platform for lab operations.
• Develop and configure electronic notebook methods and workflows within iLab to replace paper-based processes.
• Support the integration of laboratory equipment with iLab to enable automated data capture and ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate with scientists, IT specialists, and process experts to define user requirements and optimize digital processes.
• Lead training sessions and change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of iLab across teams.
• Contribute to data management, lifecycle management, and continuous improvement of biopharmaceutical processes.
• Participate in technology transfer projects and support process optimization initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with internal standards and contribute to a culture of innovation, efficiency, and quality.
