Must have fluent Dutch and English, French is also favorable
We are looking for a administrative assistant(m/f) who will support the Benelux Natus Neurology Team. The position is office based, for 40 hours per week Monday to Friday and will report directly to the Service Manager.
As a TEAMMATE:
The Administrative assistant is a crucial team member, who provides extraordinary service to our customers and distributors. Responsible for working with customers throughout the entire Service relationship.
What you'll get to do in this role:
- Answer telephone calls and emails promptly and professionally.
- Enters and processes service orders, including field service activities, maintenance and repairs, and customer information into our CRM.
- Ship damaged and repaired items to customers and repair centers.
- Make outgoing calls to existing customers to schedule service calls
- Prepares service quotations as requested by either a customer, service team members, sales, or management.
- Invoice daily service appointments as they are completed by our Field Service Technicians
- Work closely with Field Service Technicians for territory management and streamline monthly schedule according to maintenance contracts.
- Handles customer inquiries regarding status of orders and answers questions regarding service capabilities and offerings.
What we are looking for:
- Professional bachelor degree or equivalent or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 1 year of Customer Service and Administrative Support experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools – Outlook, Word and Excel
- Excellent organizational and time management skills are required.
- Excellent communication skills via phone, email, and chat (example: Microsoft Teams/Zoom)
- Trilingual Dutch, French and English.
