Contexte de la mission

To handle new starting projects we're looking for an experienced profile.

Summary Objective of the Job

You become part of a team of 5 project leaders within a dynamic team of about 160 analysts, architects, developers, SDMs, service coordinators, and project leaders.

The position involves:
Taking up projects sequentially or in parallel over multiple years

Not limited to a single fixed-duration project

Launching a project to regroup collaborators across multiple companies to increase efficiency

Focusing on change management and coordination of different parties

Key Responsibilities

Structure ideas into realization plans

Formulate planning and business cases with the business

Manage project structure and follow-up

Take responsibility from GDPR assessment to Steering Committee

Ensure collaboration and delivery of IT parties

Work on new implementations, migrations, and obsolescence initiatives

Potentially lead a track of a larger project

Manage IT aspects from servers to mobile app user experience

Assist team and business in creating internal structure (portfolio, resource forecasting)

Work within existing waterscrum methodology and help improve it

Compétences demandées

Experience

Minimum 5 years as project leader for IT applications (Expert level)

Minimum 2 years in an agile environment (Confirmed level)
