Solution Architect - Senior

At Mutual IT, we drive the digital transformation of the Mutualités Libres by delivering innovative, customer-focused solutions. We work in an Agile environment on strategic platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Azure, integrated with a complex AS400 data landscape.

As a Senior Solution Architect, you will play a key role in shaping the technical vision and architecture of our core product, Globo. You will collaborate with Product Owners, Enterprise Architects, Agile squads, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment between product roadmaps and the enterprise strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and lead the product’s technical architecture and ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
• Promote standardization and reusability of components and solutions.
• Ensure seamless integration between Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the wider application landscape.
• Provide architectural guidance and coaching to Agile teams.
• Review solution designs, data models, and code for architectural compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Technical Skills:

• Proven experience in solution or product architecture with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Understanding of AS400 data landscapes and event-driven architecture.
• Strong expertise with Azure services, REST APIs, microservices, ESB, and API Management.
• Knowledge of data management and governance best practices.
• Experience working in Agile environments.

Profile:

• Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in a similar role.
• Strategic and pragmatic mindset.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Fluency in French and English (Dutch is a plus).

Onsite presence: minimum 2 days/week.
