We're hiring: Senior Business Analyst (Financial & Administrative Systems)

Belgium (Hybrid work)

We're looking for a
Senior Business Analyst
to support the evolution of large-scale financial and administrative systems within a public-sector environment.

You'll bridge the gap between users and IT — defining requirements, coordinating testing, and helping deliver smarter, more efficient digital processes.

What you'll do

• Gather and document business requirements
• Define functional specifications and workflows
• Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Support deployments and system enhancements
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to improve financial tools and user experience

What we're looking for

• 10+ years' experience in business/functional analysis
• Knowledge of UML, BPMN, or similar frameworks
• Experience with financial or administrative systems
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Fluent in
  English and French
• Business Analysis certification (CBAP or equivalent) is a plus
