Vinçotte – part of the Kiwa Group – is a leading provider of vehicle type approval and technical inspection services. Within our Vehicle Homologation department, we work across borders with global manufacturers of cars, trucks, and components to ensure regulatory compliance in line with EU, UN, and ISO standards. Our engineers and contract managers operate in a fast-evolving environment shaped by innovation, regulation, and international partnerships – from Japan to India to Belgium.
To further strengthen our operational excellence, we are now hiring a Compliance & Quality Manager (M/F/X) with a focus on audits, accreditation, and process improvement.

Beyond current compliance, you'll play a key role in preparing the department for future standard integrations and accreditation processes, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
