We are looking for a Business Solution Expert Manufacturing Systems ( SAP PPI / OMP DS ) who is strategic, digital minded, and collaborative to join our Internal Manufacturing Digitalization team, based at our UCB campus located in Braine-l'Alleud, Belgium.

About the role

You're going to play a pivotal role in transforming UCB's internal manufacturing operations through digitalization. You will lead both the operational excellence of our manufacturing systems and the strategic roadmap for SAP PP/PI and OMP DS platforms.

Who you will work with

You will collaborate with Site Operations Leads, Process Experts, Manufacturing Excellence teams, and Digital Technology partners. You'll also lead a community of Local Key Users and engage cross-functionally with Quality Assurance and other enterprise stakeholders.

What you will do

As Business Solution Expert / Process Data Owner (PDO):

• You will lead solution design and ensure systems support global manufacturing processes.
• You will manage system deployments and change requests across project and run modes.
• You will chair the Local Key User community and foster knowledge sharing.
• You will ensure compliance with UCB's Computerized System Validation (CSV) procedures.
• You will oversee testing, documentation, and user training to ensure solution adoption.
• You will monitor operational performance and support incident and change management.

As SAP PP/PI & OMP DS Lead:

• You will co-create the digital manufacturing roadmap aligned with strategic priorities.
• You will act as delivery lead for key deployment programs and ensure governance adherence.
• You will stay ahead of technology trends and recommend best practices.
• You will drive value realization through performance monitoring and system audits.
• You will ensure seamless integration of SAP PP/PI and OMP DS with enterprise systems.
• You will partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process and data optimization.

For this role, we are looking for the following education, experience, and skills

• Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, or Information
• Proficiency in SAP S/4 Suite, including SAP Enable Now, BTP, and GRC.

Technology

• Proven experience with SAP PP/PI (ECC or S/4) and OMP DS in a global manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of biopharma manufacturing planning and execution processes.
• Excellent project leadership, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in both French and English, with a data-driven and analytical mindset.
