Cyber Security Success Manager


As a Cybersecurity Success Manager, you will act as a trusted advisor for our SOC (Security Operations Center) clients, ensuring they receive proactive follow-up, clear recommendations, and strategic guidance. You help customers build a stronger, more resilient security posture by combining strategic thinking, technical insight, and stakeholder management to deliver real impact.


What You’ll Do

  • Act as the main point of contact between SecWise and customer stakeholders.
  • Identify risks and propose tailored improvements using SecWise solutions.
  • Provide actionable recommendations based on SOC findings and communicate them effectively at a business level.
  • Ensure smooth collaboration, clear communication, and continuous improvement.
  • Spot opportunities for enhanced security coverage and resilience.


What You Bring

  • A proactive, positive mindset and strong customer focus.
  • Cybersecurity expertise with solid knowledge of SOC operations, and security architecture.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business language and, vice versa
  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English, French is a plus.
  • Experience in client-facing roles within cybersecurity (consultancy or similar).
