Salesforce Consultant

Salesforce Consultants wanted for a down-to-earth, quality driven and human centric Salesforce consultancy in Belgium. They also have one of the client and employee satisfaction scores!

You possess a deep understanding of Salesforce’s capabilities and have a proven track record of implementing Salesforce solutions that drive business success. As a Functional Salesforce Consultant, you will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and translate these into effective Salesforce solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients to gather and analyze their business requirements.
• Design and implement customized Salesforce solutions to meet client needs.
• Provide expert guidance on Salesforce best practices and functionality.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients and internal teams.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of Salesforce solutions.
• Manage and maintain client relationships to ensure ongoing satisfaction and support.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce developments and trends to provide cutting-edge solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Functional Salesforce Consultant.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and/or custom applications.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder) are essential.
• Proven ability to manage projects, stakeholders and deliver high-quality results.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluent in English and Dutch or French.
