Job description

As a Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator, you are responsible for the optimal functioning of the Warehouse and Logistics operations. You ensure that goods are received, stored, and shipped correctly and on time.

• You manage a warehouse team of two people and ensure that daily activities run smoothly and efficiently.
• You plan and coordinate internal and external goods flows so that production and deliveries can continue without disruption.
• You keep a close eye on stock levels and ensure correct and timely registration in the system.
• You work closely with various internal departments and external partners to coordinate schedules and resolve issues.
• You support the implementation of a new ERP and WMS system and assist in the further digitization of logistics processes.
• You report directly to the COO and are given the opportunity to help develop the further professionalization of warehouse management.

Job requirements

• You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in combination with several years of relevant work experience within Supply Chain, Logistics or Warehousing.
• You are hands-on, have strong organizational skills, and know how to prioritize in a dynamic environment.
• You have experience with ERP and/or WMS systems and take a critical look at how processes can be improved.
• You thrive on managing projects and bringing structure.
• You communicate fluently in Dutch and/or French and have a good knowledge of English.
