Role:
ServiceNow Specialist - European Institution

Location:
Brussels, Belgium - European Institution

Responsibilities
:

Following tasks will be performed by external service provider:

  • Support the ServiceNow Platform Administrator and contribute to the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of the platform, with a specific focus on integrations and CMDB data quality
  • Perform general administration and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform, including user, role, and configuration management
  • Support and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other corporate systems, ensuring reliability, security, and proper data exchange
  • Contribute to the improvement and maintenance of the CMDB, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and alignment with CSDM principles
  • Manage incident resolution and request fulfilment, escalating issues when needed and ensuring compliance with change management processes
  • Maintain and update technical documentation related to platform configuration, integrations, and infrastructure components
  • Liaise with stakeholders and support testing and deployment of new features, integrations, and upgrades

Requirements
:

Following skills are required for the performance of the above listed tasks:

  • At least 3 years of experience
  • Experience with API/REST integrations is considered a strong asset
  • Proven ServiceNow administration experience, with emphasis on integrations and CMDB management
  • Solid understanding of ITSM and CSDM principles
  • Experience drafting technical documentation and end-user materials
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail and platform stability
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders

Languages:

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (or equivalent certification)
  • ITIL V4 Foundation Certification, or commitment to obtain it within 3 months of contract start

Languages:

  • Excellent knowledge of English - Level C2 in Understanding, Speaking and Writing
  • Good knowledge of French - Level B2 in understanding, Speaking and Writing

  • Very good communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences
