To support continued growth and financial stability, the company is looking for a Business Controller to strengthen its Finance team.

Your Tasks as Business Controller

• Advising management on compensation & benefits strategies through data-driven and financial modeling insights.
• Leading the budgeting and forecasting cycle, ensuring precision and alignment across teams.
• Monitoring performance and controlling results, acting as a bridge between Finance, HR, and other departments.
• Developing reports for senior management and supporting Board-level decisions.
• Collaborating on financial audits to guarantee compliance with internal and external standards.
• Driving process optimization and supporting the digital transformation of financial tools and systems.

Your Profile as Business Controller

• Master’s degree in Economics, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience (experience in a Big 4 firm is a plus).
• Fluent in English and French; Dutch proficiency (min. B2) is ideal.
• Strong command of Power BI and advanced Excel skills.
