CDH Professionals’ client is looking for a skilled VoIP Specialist to join their global Infrastructure & Operations team. This role is all about building, optimizing, and maintaining advanced voice and call center systems that keep international teams connected and performing at their best.
You’ll act as a trusted advisor on all things voice—turning business communication needs into seamless technical solutions, improving performance, and supporting teams across the organization through guidance and training.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Manage and enhance Microsoft Teams Voice and related call center technologies across multiple regions
- Translate business communication requirements into efficient, scalable technical solutions
- Provide technical advice, project support, and clear communication to both internal teams and external partners
- Develop training materials and share knowledge to strengthen in-house expertise
- Monitor system performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Stay current with voice and telephony trends to keep systems cutting-edge
🎓 Your Background
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent professional experience
- 5+ years in voice communications, telephony, or VoIP platforms
- 3+ years working with Teams Voice and call center integrations
- Strong understanding of SIP, PowerShell scripting, and multi-carrier integrations
- Experience with call center platforms and contact center solutions
- ITIL certification (V3/V4) is a plus
- Willingness to travel regularly within Europe
