Secure Access Management Professional

We are seeking a Identity and Access Management (IAM) Specialist , an expert in designing, implementing, and maintaining secure access management systems to protect sensitive information.

About the Job

This is a challenging role that requires strong technical expertise in IAM concepts, processes, and technologies, as well as excellent communication and facilitation skills. You will be working with diverse stakeholders, including business and technical teams, to gather and validate requirements, develop and document Target Operating Models (TOMs), and facilitate stakeholder reviews and approvals.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement IAM systems : Develop and document requirement documents, TOMs, and other related artifacts to ensure alignment with IAM best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders : Facilitate workshops, meetings, and discussions with business and technical stakeholders to gather and validate requirements.
• Provide expert input : Offer technical guidance to architects and technical teams on IAM-related topics, ensuring compliance with security standards and regulations.
• Simplify complex concepts : Explain intricate IAM ideas to non-technical audiences, promoting a deep understanding of IAM principles and practices.

Requirements

• Technical expertise : 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Business or Functional Analyst in IAM projects; at least 10 years of experience in IT Security.
• Languages and tools : Proficient in writing technical documentation in English; familiarity with standard IT project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid); experience with requirements management tools and modeling standards (e.g., BPMN, UML).
• Certifications : Certifications in IAM or Security (e.g., CISSP, CISM, Togaf, SABSA) considered a strong asset.
• Language proficiencies : Fluency in French and/or Dutch, with a good working knowledge of English.
