AI Solution Development Lead

Job Summary

Analyze and translate business needs into detailed specifications, drive the development of end-to-end AI solutions, and bridge gaps between stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams in AI automation initiatives.
• Analyze and convert business requirements and processes into detailed functional specifications.
• Collaborate on designing end-to-end, cost-efficient AI solutions that meet customer needs.
• Challenge and refine requirements through iterative MVP-driven approaches to ensure rapid time-to-market.
• Apply AI best practices in analysis, testing, model evaluation, and data valuation.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant business analysis experience.
• Proven experience as a business or Functional Analyst in corporate generative AI implementations.
• Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and communication abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Generative AI fundamentals, prompt engineering, data analytics, Python programming, AI result analysis, and visualization.
