Role Overview

We are seeking an
Infrastructure & Logistics Strategy Analyst
to support technical research and advisory projects related to port modernization, multimodal logistics, and European trade corridor development. Based in Antwerp, this role is ideal for professionals with experience in infrastructure planning, maritime logistics, or transport policy—especially within the EU regulatory and funding ecosystem.

You will contribute to investment readiness assessments, technical reports, and stakeholder consultation processes for port and infrastructure development projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze port infrastructure, inland connectivity systems, and logistics performance in Belgium and broader EU corridors
  • Support the development of technical assessments, investment strategy documents, and trade facilitation frameworks
  • Monitor trends in smart port technology, green shipping corridors, and TEN-T expansion initiatives
  • Identify regulatory, institutional, and operational barriers within port logistics and trade systems
  • Collaborate with international teams to align infrastructure planning tools with public and private sector needs
  • Prepare stakeholder briefings and policy materials for port authorities, ministries, and EU development partners

Qualifications

  • Degree in International Trade, Public Policy, Transport Planning, or Development Economics
  • 3–6 years of experience in logistics consulting, infrastructure strategy, or maritime policy
  • Familiarity with EU-funded projects, port logistics ecosystems, or Antwerp's multimodal freight platforms is a strong asset
  • Excellent research and writing skills in English
  • Experience working with public infrastructure agencies, DFIs, or corridor planning programs is desirable
  • Knowledge of ESG logistics, customs modernization, or port governance models is a bonus
