Production Engineer – Repanels

Are you passionate about optimising manufacturing processes and driving innovation in production environments? Repanels is seeking a talented Production Engineer to join our team and help us design, develop, and improve our manufacturing systems for greater efficiency, quality, and profitability.

What You’ll Do:

• Ensure that all manufacturing operations adhere to the highest safety protocols and quality standards.
• Analyse and enhance existing production lines to eliminate inefficiencies and boost performance.
• Design, implement, and maintain new manufacturing processes and assembly lines.
• Troubleshoot production issues and resolve equipment malfunctions.
• Collect and analyse production data to monitor trends and drive continuous improvement.
• Assist with the creation and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Monitor equipment to ensure optimal operation and specification compliance.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest manufacturing trends and technologies, ensuring Repanels remains at the cutting edge.

Who You’ll Work With:

• Collaborate closely with Plant Managers, Operations Managers, Safety Advisors, and Sales Managers.
• Engage with customers, machine manufacturers, universities, and research centers to drive innovation and results.

Your Background:

• Master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• Solid background in industrial, mechanical, and electrical engineering—ideally in a mechanical construction environment.
• Experience with mechanical/electrical engineering, pneumatics, hydraulics, and automation (PLC, Machine automation, ERP, AI, etc.).
• Fluent in French and English.
