Finance Manager

Collaboration with:
Finance Team, Management, and External Partners

As Finance Manager, you will take ownership of the financial operations across the group. This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll combine strategic insight with hands-on execution. You'll oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance, while driving process improvements and supporting decision-making at the highest level.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead and coordinate the finance function across all group entities.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Manage budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Ensure compliance with tax, legal, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive optimization of financial processes and systems.
• Advise management on financial performance, risks, and opportunities.
• Act as a key liaison with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders.

You'll Likely Bring

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
• Solid experience in financial management, reporting, and compliance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Dutch & English.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
