We are looking for a motivated and commercially minded Account Manager Printing. In this position you are responsible for managing and expanding our customer portfolio. You guide customers through the entire
process, from prospecting to after-sales, and ensure optimal service. In addition, you think strategically about the growth of our company and actively respond to commercial opportunities.

• Customer management and sales process
  Manage and expand existing customer relationships.
  Actively prospect and identify new business opportunities.
  Prepare quotations and oversee the entire contract process.
  Position our products and services in a valuable way with customers.

• Commercial network and strategic growth
  Develop a commercial network among companies in Limburg and Flemish Brabant.
  Thinking along about strategic business development and growth opportunities.
  Creating and exploiting commercial opportunities.

• Customer Service and Follow-up
  Provide optimal service to our customers.
  Keep customers' printer fleets up to date and inform them of novelties and upgrade opportunities.
  Proactively and accurately follow up on customer files.

• Education:
  No specific study requirements

• Experience:
  Experience in the print world is a plus but not a must
  Experience within sales is a must. By extension, do you have experience within B2B sales? Top, then you have an edge

• Skills:
  Commercial talent who is always looking for ways to create opportunities.
  Customer-oriented mindset so you know how to build and maintain relationships
  Optimistic attitude and daring to take responsibility.
  Fluent knowledge of Dutch is required, French is a plus
