Job Description
Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and release blocked stock movements in SAP
• Create clear procedures based on recurring discrepancies
• Develop structured reports (daily, weekly, monthly, ad hoc) for internal stakeholders
• Document and maintain inventory-related processes
• Respond to client inquiries and justify discrepancies in inventory reports
• Lead physical and administrative preparation for returns and inventory counts
• Act as the main contact for subcontractors handling returns
• Supervise and coach a direct report within the operations team

The Successful Applicant
Ideal Candidate Profile

• University degree or equivalent experience in logistics or production
• Fluent in French and Dutch; English is a plus
• Strong command of SAP and warehouse modules is a must have
• Advanced Excel and solid Microsoft Office skills is crucial for this role
• Analytical mindset with excellent reporting and communication skills
• Experience in coaching and team supervision
