System Administrator

FTE | Senior System Admin / Engineer | Brussels (Hybrid)

A family run organization in Brussels is seeking a Senior System Administrator to join their infrastructure and security team. This is a hybrid opportunity (2/3 days onsite), suited to an experienced professional who thrives in a Linux-first environment and brings strong expertise in networking, security, and performance optimization.

You will play a key role in ensuring the stability and scalability of their systems, with a particular focus on load balancing, monitoring Kubernetes clusters, optimizing server performance and reducing load space/time across the environment. The role also involves working closely with Cloudflare to strengthen and secure traffic flows.

Key Requirements:

• Proven background as a System Administrator in a Linux environment.
• Strong hands-on experience in networking and security.
• Expertise in load balancing and Kubernetes monitoring.
• Practical understanding of optimization and performance tuning (load space/time).
• Familiarity with Cloudflare.
