DevOps Engineer

Freelance mission - EU citizenship & residency required

We’re looking for a Freelance DevOps Engineer (Mid–Senior) passionate about automation, scalability, and cloud-native ecosystems.

🔧 What You’ll Do

• Design, automate, and manage OpenShift-based infrastructure using Terraform, Ansible, and Helm.
• Build and operate CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI) for seamless deployments.
• Integrate observability stacks (ELK, Prometheus, Grafana) for performance monitoring.
• Secure and manage secrets with HashiCorp Vault and enforce RBAC and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with developers and platform teams to deliver scalable, resilient, and secure services.

🧠 What You Bring

• 4–8 years of DevOps or SRE experience in large-scale environments.
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes / OpenShift, Terraform, and CI/CD automation.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Kafka, and observability tools.
• Scripting in Bash, Python, or Go.
• A passion for automation, continuous improvement, and reliability.

🌟 Nice to Have

• Experience with Azure and AWS.
• Knowledge of GitOps (ArgoCD), service mesh (Istio), or Vault certifications.
• Exposure to performance testing, load balancing, and capacity planning.
• Experience with GitOps frameworks (ArgoCD).
• Knowledge of security best practices for cloud-native platforms.
