Project Manager Arbitrage

Hockey Belgium is recruiting a motivated, dynamic, sport-passionate Project Manager Arbitrage (M/F/X) for its three entities — the Royal Belgian Hockey Association, Hockey Vlaanderen and Hockey Wallonie Bruxelles.

You will have the opportunity to play an active role in implementing the Strategic Plan, an innovative project aimed at making arbitrage in Belgian hockey more visible, stronger, and more attractive.

As Project Manager Arbitrage, you will contribute to the development, promotion, and monitoring of the actions included in the plan’s five pillars:

• Visibility – strengthen the recognition and appreciation of officials;
• Identity – create a strong image and sense of belonging around arbitrage;
• Climate – promote a positive, respectful culture within the hockey community;
• Training – develop training pathways that foster referees’ progression and excellence;
• Recruitment – attract new officials and support them in their first steps.

• Contribute actively to the implementation of the Strategic Plan Arbitrage;
• Take part in designing and delivering communication campaigns and promotional actions;
• Coordinate various sub-projects and ensure their operational follow-up;
• Facilitate collaboration between the Federation’s three entities and their partners;
• Propose creative initiatives to strengthen the attractiveness of arbitrage.

• You hold a Master’s degree, or equivalent through experience;
• You have excellent communication skills and can rally stakeholders around your projects;
• You are trilingual (FR/NL/ENG);
• You can plan, track, and complete a project autonomously;
• You have an affinity with arbitrage or the sports sector;
• Evening or weekend work does not put you off;
• You have a genuine passion for sport, ideally for hockey.
