Learning And Development Specialist (Trilingual)

Position: Trilingual Learning & Development Specialist to support learning and certification programs in a dynamic, corporate environment.


Responsabilities:


  • Coordinate and oversee learning and certification programs across various roles and business units
  • Develop and manage certification schedules with training teams and key stakeholders to ensure quality and efficiency
  • Participate in certification sessions and act as the main contact for trainers, managers, and participants
  • Monitor and analyze certification results, ensuring accurate reporting in the LMS
  • Provide constructive feedback and recommendations to support continuous employee development
  • Design and update training methodologies in line with corporate goals, standards, and compliance requirements
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance learning impact, efficiency, and engagement
  • Ensure adherence to quality and ISO standards across all training and certification processes
  • Manage training budgets and monitor associated costs to align with organizational objectives
  • Identify training and development needs in collaboration with HR and business leaders
  • Support career development by aligning learning opportunities with both individual and business priorities
  • Act as a brand ambassador, promoting a strong learning culture within the organization and partner network


Skills and Qualifications:


  • Master’s degree in Management, Business, Human Resources, or a related field
  • 5–10 years of experience in Learning & Development, Project Management, or PMO roles
  • Fluent in French, Dutch, and English; German is an advantage
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a structured corporate environment
  • Experience in complex networks or multi-brand environments is a plus
