Your function

As a Mid-level Associate, you will support a diverse clientele including developers, investors, and contractors.

• Assist clients on the drafting and negotiation of complex construction and fit-out agreements
• Advise on project development structures, infrastructure, and industry projects
• Work with FIDIC and other sector-specific contract models
• Provide strategic input on joint venture and funding structures
• Support dispute resolution and litigation related to construction and development conflicts
• Liaise directly with clients, ensuring pragmatic and legally sound advice
• Collaborate closely with colleagues across practice areas and jurisdictions
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and internal training within the team

Your profile

• You have 2 to 5 years of experience in real estate, contract law, or litigation
• You hold a Belgian Master of Laws degree with strong academic credentials
• You are fluent in Dutch with excellent command of English (French is an asset)
• You have outstanding legal drafting and analytical skills
• You are business-oriented and solution-minded
• You are comfortable managing multiple files and deadlines
• You enjoy working in teams and are empathetic and reliable
• You are eager to develop your expertise within a demanding and stimulating environment
