About the job

• As Quantity Surveyor, you are in contact with various stakeholders in the sales process of dossiers containing precast architectural concrete.
• You will make a selection from all requests sent to them.
• You will further analyze and work out the selected projects together with the sales staff, the production manager and the engineering office.
• In consultation with sales, you prepare a sales file and offer and adapt this during the sales process according to the customer's wishes.
• You research added value creation and try to work out a price-technical solution based on input from production and external suppliers.
• Once a dossier has been sold, you and your sales colleagues ensure that the project can be transferred to the engineering office in a clear and complete manner and you support them as long as necessary to ensure that everything is carried out as contractually agreed.
• You support the sales process and try to answer the customer's wishes as well as possible.

For this position, we are looking for someone with the following capabilities;

• You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in structural/Civil engineering.
• You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position as Quantity Surveyor/Calculator.
• You can stimulate and motivate colleagues to work out a good file together.
• You are administratively strong and have an eye for detail.
• You are people-oriented and enjoy working on challenging projects.
• You work fluently with Office programmes.
• Experience with CAD programs / Tekla is a plus.
• You are fluent in English, knowledge of French or Dutch is an asset.
