Site Supervisor

As Site Supervisor, you will have the following duties:

• You are responsible for the planning and organisation of the works and report the progress of the projects to the Project Manager in the weekly meeting.
• You will draw up quotations, order materials, check daily reports and prepare progress reports.
• You supervise the site with an eye on safety and quality.
• You instruct, supervise, correct and motivate the staff on site, control working hours and report problems or deviations to the Project Manager.
• You watch over the efficiency of the works, take the initiative in post-calculation and make the final bill with the approval of the Project Manager.

Who are we looking for for the position of Site Supervisor?

• You have a Bachelor or Master degree in construction.
• You have minimum 3 years of experience as Site Supervisor.
• You hold a driving license.
• You have experience within piping.
• You have the certificate VCA-VOL.
• You can work fluently with MS-Office.
• You are a people manager with the necessary leadership skills.
• You are flexible, hands-on and pragmatic.
• You have a result-oriented attitude.
